Irreversible action. Once deletion is effective, your connected accounts, content, schedules and statistics are permanently erased, and all access tokens revoked. This cannot be undone.

How to delete

Deleting your Noffer account is now self-service: you can do it yourself, immediately, from the app — no need to wait for a request to be processed. The email route below stays available as a fallback if you can no longer sign in.

    Delete your account from the app(recommended)

    Open Noffer, then go to Settings › Delete my account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing SUPPRIMER, after which deletion runs immediately: your connected TikTok accounts are disconnected and their access tokens revoked, and all your data is erased.

    Settings › Delete my account › type SUPPRIMER

    Web application

    Settings › Delete my account › type SUPPRIMER

    That is the whole deletion — there is nothing else to send, and you are signed out automatically once it completes.

    No longer have access to your account?(fallback)

    If you can no longer sign in, send a request to contact@simplibot.fr from the email address associated with your account, with “Noffer account deletion” as the subject. Sending from the account address is what lets us verify the request — a message from any other address cannot be actioned.

    We acknowledge within 48 business hours and complete deletion within 30 days. You can use the pre-filled button at the bottom of this page.

Data permanently deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases the following data, hosted on Supabase (EU), on your device and in your browser — for both the mobile app and the web application:

Data legally retained

In line with our legal and accounting obligations, some anonymised data may be retained beyond deletion:

Retained data

Anonymised technical logs. Purged after 12 months (security, fraud prevention).
Invoices and subscription receipts. Kept 10 years (accounting obligation).
No personally identifiable data is retained beyond 30 days.
