The rules of the road
for using Noffer.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Noffer mobile application (iOS and Android) and the Noffer web application (available at noffer-app.vercel.app/app) — together, the “Service” — published by Simplibot. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Noffer is a productivity tool that lets content creators and businesses connect their own TikTok accounts in order to view statistics, and to prepare, schedule and publish videos to those accounts. Connections use TikTok's official APIs. The mobile application and the web application share the same account and the same backend: these Terms apply identically to both, whichever surface you use. Features are provided “as is” and may change over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your Noffer account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Connecting TikTok accounts

You may connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting an account you grant Noffer permission to access it through TikTok's official APIs for the scopes you approve, and to publish content to it at your request. Nothing is published without your explicit approval. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes the corresponding token.

Content & TikTok's rules

You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule and publish through Noffer. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as all applicable laws. You must not use Noffer to post spam, infringing, illegal or harmful content.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Do not use the Service in violation of TikTok's developer policies.
• Do not use the Service to spam or to artificially inflate engagement.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create. The Service itself, its design and code, remain the property of Simplibot.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noffer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any issue caused by changes to, or unavailability of, TikTok's APIs.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion is handled by e-mail request — see Delete account for the procedure and what it erases. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
